Anxiety

Anxiety is the body’s natural response to stress. When anxiety begins to become overwhelming it can have a prolonged feeling of nervousness, panic, increased heart rate, sweating and even trembling. Prolonged anxiety can also leave a person feeling tired, weak and contribute to poor concentration and irrational worry.  

Dramatherapy can help decrease symptoms of anxiety, help recognise and manage symptoms that arise from anxiety in a safe, secure and non judgmental environment. It can gently work through conscious and subconscious worries and even prepare for daunting situations through role-play.
