When&nbsp;anxiety begins to become overwhelming it can have a&nbsp;prolonged feeling of nervousness, panic, increased heart&nbsp;rate, sweating and even trembling. Prolonged anxiety&nbsp;can also leave a person feeling tired, weak and contribute&nbsp;to poor concentration and irrational worry. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dramatherapy can help decrease symptoms of anxiety,&nbsp;help recognise and manage symptoms that arise from&nbsp;anxiety in a safe, secure and non judgmental&nbsp;environment.
